Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon visited Kulob city following completion of his working visit to Vose’ district of Khatlon Province.

Firstly, the inauguration of the secondary educational institution No.34 in Dahana township designed for 624 pupils basically repaired and reconstructed following the initiative and financing support of the Government of Tajikistan and Islamic Development Bank took place today with the participation of President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon.

It should be noted that the new school is built on an area of 2.4 hectares in the amount of 16 million 639 thousand somoni.

There is a large football stadium, small volleyball and basketball courts on the school yard. Training school classes in the winter season are heated by independent boiler operating on coal.

The building of the educational institution consists of two floors and 6 blocks.

It was noted that the all conditions and opportunities have been created here for training in volleyball, basketball, mini-football and wrestling.

Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon made a speech before the teachers and pupils of the school and has called the commissioning of modern schools a worthy gift of the Government of the country to the children of Dahana township of Kulob city on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.

President noted that the students of the new school should effectively take advantage of favorable conditions for training and strive to improve their knowledge. He also admonished the teachers and educators for patriotic upbringing of generations.

In the sidelines of his working visit to Kulob city, President Emomali Rahmon visited Ziraki rural jamoat  to get familiar with the activities of the Trading cooperative of "Said Ali Hamadoni" as well as reviewed with the bank protection and restoration work in the cities and districts of Kulob region.

Likewise, the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon also as a sign of respect and honor for ancestors, visited the tomb of the scientist and thinker of the East Mir Sayyid Ali Hamadoni and prayed for the strength and tranquility of the state and nation, beautification, peace and stability of the homeland.

It should be noted that on the instructions of the Head of State Emomali Rahmon the mausoleum of the famous personality of the world of science and education has been renovated and turned into a place of pilgrimage, visiting of residents and visitors.

In Dusti quarter of Kulob city, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has commissioned also a modern service center "Rohi Abreshim".

It is to be noted that service centre was built by local entrepreneur Tabarali Amirkhonov.

As part of his working trip to Kulob city, His Excellency Emomali Rahmon in a solemn ceremony has inaugurated a secondary educational institution No. 37 at the newly erected Umari Khayom village.

The construction of the new two-storied building of the school was carried out in accordance with modern standards and was built through the republican budget funding in the amount of 13 million somoni. There are 28 classrooms in the school which occupies an area of more than 3 ha of land.

Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon has examined the classrooms and subject specific classrooms. President of the country was informed that the school has a computer room with 30 computers connected to Internet.

On its ground floor there is a library in which there are many art books and textbooks, as well as a dining room for simultaneous reception of 50 guests, conference hall for 150 seats and a sports hall for a variety of events for 200 people.

The Head of State expressed satisfaction with the quality of construction works and encouraged teachers to properly conduct training and education of teenagers and students.
