Today the President of the country Emomali Rahmon received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America in Tajikistan Ken Gross on the occasion of completion of his diplomatic mission in our country.

The Head of State Emomali Rahmon highly evaluated the three-year activities of Ken Gross in Tajikistan and stated that he made a remarkable contribution to the process of development of friendly relations and mutually advantageous cooperation between Tajikistan and the USA.

In his turn, Ken Gross called the role of Tajikistan in the region as important and expressed confidence that the current and future plans and programs of the USA with Tajikistan will yield more results.

The American diplomat referred to the hospitality and high culture of the Tajik people and stated that he will further take efforts to enhance beneficial cooperation of the USA with Tajikistan.
