Congratulatory message to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai

The President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has addressed a congratulatory message to the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai on the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Tajikistan and Afghanistan, which reads in part:

“Over the past 20 years since this memorable event Tajikistan and Afghanistan despite the numerous problems and barriers of the period, have stably continued and strengthened their constructive partnership.

Relying on the language and cultural commonalities, historic traditions of good-neighborly relations, high level of confidence and mutual respect, we have comprehensively developed the relations between our countries and have reached great achievements in all areas, including policy, economy, science and education, culture and art in order to ensure welfare and supreme interests of our peoples.

I am sure that on the basis of such solidarity, everyday consistency and joint efforts of the sides the really good and mutually beneficial relations between our friendly states, being an important factor of peace, stability and expansion of cooperation in the region, will be further elevated and enhanced”.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On appeals of individuals and legal entities", written and electronic appeals, which do not specify surname, name and patronymic of the individual, information about his place of residence or the full name of the legal entity, the address of its locations is not mentioned or wrong, or information does not correspond to reality and is submitted without signature (digital signature), are considered to be anonymous and will not be examined, if they do not contain information about the planned or committed crime.
