The working visit of the President of the country Emomali Rahmon to Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast began with the district of Rushon.

The branch of special professional lyceum-boarding school for the disabled and a big republican boarding school for 640 pupils have been put in commission in this district with the participation of the Head of State Emomali Rahmon.

During the visit to the branch of state institution lyceum-boarding school for the disabled it was particularly noted that the pupils of senior classes learn mathematics, embroidery and computer technologies there.

The Head of State Emomali Rahmon instructed the officials to improve the conditions of study and craft training in this lyceum.   

Upon visiting the three-floored republican boarding school it was in particular stressed that it is foreseen for the 640 orphan and homeless pupils, as well as for children from needy families from all corners of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast.

In central recreation park of the district President Emomali Rahmon had a constructive meeting with numerous representatives of educational sphere of Rushon, including teachers, professors and students. The Head of State also gave an instruction to officials for soonest complete reconstruction of internal central roads of the Rushon district.

According to another instruction of the President the problem of electricity shortage in Bartang valley should be eliminated within the next years through building small hydropower stations and its roads should be reconstructed.
