Today, the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon left from Thailand to the People’s Republic of China for a state visit.

Upon arriving to China head of state Emomali Rahmon held several beneficial meetings with leaders of a number of state structures of China.

At the meeting with president of China Global company Huan Jianjun and President of China Mining Association Van Haitao the issues of development of cooperation on the enhancement of production in the joint mining enterprise of Tajikistan and China “Zarnisor” and establishment of cooperation in other deposits of Tajikistan have been reviewed.

During a meeting with the President of mining company Zijin Chen Jin He an exchange of views has been held on increase of extraction and industrial processing of gold in joint enterprise “Zarafshon”.

At the meeting with head of Dunin company on investment and development Go Zhenxian the issues related to construction of enterprise for processing of oil in southern Tajikistan have been considered.

As it was noted, this enterprise should be constructed in the nearest years with an annual capacity of processing 1 million 200 thousand tons of oil. In its first phase up to 500 citizens of Tajikistan will be provided with jobs here.

This company will lead its activities in cooperation with China National Petroleum Corporation.
