President Emomali Rahmon opened a service center “TOJ CITY” in Ismoili Somoni avenue of Khujand city.

As it was mentioned, this five-storied building has been constructed at the expense of almost three and a half million TJS and over 130 people have been provided with jobs here.

The underground floor of the building has gymnasiums, cinemas, and subsidiary rooms.

The first floor consists of fast food hall with 70 seats and service hall. 21 children’s circumcision celebration ceremony, which live in children’s house of Khujand and who are from poor families, has been held in this hall. Head of state Emomali Rahmon presented each of them with valuable gifts.

The second floor is envisaged for beauty saloon and shops for mixed modern clothes, and the upper floors for offices, assembly halls and other rent rooms.
