This morning, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon received a group of representatives of mass media of the People’s Republic of China for an interview.

The interview was covered in particular by  journalists of Xinhua news agency, People’s Daily newspaper, China Central Television, China International Radio and other respectable media of this state.

Head of state Emomali Rahmon responded to numerous questions of journalists regarding the current state and prospects of relations between Tajikistan and China, integration within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, regional and international state of affairs.

It was expressed confidence that the Dushanbe SCO Summit, state visit of the President of the People’s Republic of China to Tajikistan being held today and many documents to be signed will give an impetus to the enhancement of bilateral and multilateral relations between the two neighboring countries.
