The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President Emomali Rahmon sent a message of greetings to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan.
The message reads:
“Dear Nikol Vovaevich,
Please accept my sincere congratulations on your appointment as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
Tajikistan values its partnership with Armenia and we are ready to further develop mutually beneficial cooperation in all areas.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon left to Turkmenistan on a state visit and to take part in the consultative meeting of the heads of states of Central Asia.
He was seen off at the Dushanbe International Airport by the chairmen of the National Assembly, the Prime Minister, Chief of Staff of the Presidential Executive Office, and the First Vice-Speaker of the Assembly of Representatives among other officials.

It is with deep sorrow that we received the news of the untimely demise of your dear mother Ilda Cândida dos Reis Oliveira Guterres.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon received the Chinese State Councilor and Minister of National Defense General Wei Fenghe who is in Tajikistan on an official visit.
The discussion focused on the entire spectrum of friendly relations and cooperation between Tajikistan and China within the framework of a comprehensive strategic partnership.
Today, the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to the President of the People's Republic of China Xi Jinping.
The message reads, in part:
“Dear Mr. President,
We are deeply saddened to hear the news of the loss of life and significant destruction caused by heavy rains and flooding in the People's Republic of China.
The Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon had a telephone conversation with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin.
At the outset of the conversation, President Putin conveyed his deep condolences over the death of President Rahmon's sister.
The counterparts paid particular attention to the scheduling of the summit meetings, both on a bilateral basis and within the framework of multilateral cooperation.
