During familiarization with the new and modern building President Emomali Rahmon was informed that the construction works were launched in 2012. The 19 million USD officers' House was built in the framework of mutually beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and China by grant assistance of China.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon today also in Norak City attended and opened in a solemn ceremony the secondary educational institution #28.
