We were deeply sorrowful and filled with hatred after hearing the news of the tragic death of dozens of innocent people, including women, children and seriously injured hundreds of others as a result of a terrible explosion in the city of Lahore, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon sent a message of condolences to the King of Belgium Philippe Léopold Louis Marie, which reads in particular:

"Your Excellency,

I am deeply saddened by the news of a series of terror explosions which occurred at the airport and metro stations in Brussels and resulted in dozens of innocent people killed and a large number of citizens injured.

The Founder of Peace and National Unity - the Leader of the Nation, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon today attended celebrations dedicated to Navruz holiday.

A solemn ceremony has been held at the Navruzgoh complex.

In honor of International Navruz holiday, Navruzgoh complex was decorated, residents presented their achievements and good Navruz ceremonies, national traditions and customs, national cuisine and the works of folk craftsmen.
