I would also like to congratulate His Excellency on their election to the high post of President of the Islamic Republic of Iran and express my satisfaction with their first visit in this capacity in Tajikistan.

Also, we must not forget that we are still in a dangerous phase of the pandemic.
The pandemic, unprecedented in its scale and consequences, has led to a protracted global socio-economic crisis, which, without exaggeration, has an impact on our security as well.

September 9 is a historical and landmark date and a moment of happiness and high dignity for the ancient, creative and glorious Tajik people, who highly values culture.
The noble people of Tajikistan celebrate the 30th anniversary of their independent, free and beloved country with an overflowing sense of patriotism.

These days, the glorious Tajik people is preparing for the sacred and great national holiday - the 30th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
In honor of this historic fateful date, I sincerely congratulate you, dear officers and soldiers of the Motherland, all the personnel of the Armed Forces and law enforcement agencies of sovereign Tajikistan.
Tajikistan is presiding over the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). The current and its third presidency coincides with the organization’s 20th anniversary and is held under the motto “Twenty Years of the SCO: Cooperation for Stability and Prosperity.” On this occasion, , the Founder of Peace and National Unity, Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon discussed SCO matters and goals with Khovar National Information Agency.

My visit to the city of Isfara and our meeting is taking place within the celebration of the International Navruz Grand Holiday and the truly historic year for our beloved Tajikistan - the 30th anniversary of our state independence.
