This is the most valuable achievement of the civilized Tajik nation, which established a reliable foundation for establishment of a new system of governance, development of political and economic, social and legal sectors, and revival of our national values.

This year, the National Unity Day is being held in the center of GBAO, the roof of the land of honorable Tajik people, on the eve of the holy and glorious 25th anniversary of our State Independence, which is one of the most important achievements in the new history of our peace-loving and civilized nation.

Today, the meeting of the National Development Council has fully addressed the issues related to the National Development Strategy of the Republic of Tajikistan up to 2030 and the Midterm development program of Tajikistan for 2016-2020 and now I would like to express my opinion on the issues that have been covered today.

I would like to sincerely and warmly welcome you to Tajikistan.

This official launch of CASA-1000 Project will be a historical milestone for each of us as a symbol of the start of real cooperation among the countries of the wider region of Central and South Asia.

A few moments later the 2015 will come to an end and the New Year 2016 will start.

On this occasion, I congratulate the whole glorious people of Tajikistan and all overseas compatriots, and I wish every inhabitant of our motherland health, happiness, good life and new successes.
