President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Adli Mansur has sent a congratulatory telegram to the President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon on the occasion of his re-election to the office of President of Tajikistan and expressed confidence that the friendly relations between Egypt and Tajikistan will further expand for mutual benefit.

The President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has sent a telegram of condolences to the President of Latvia Andris Berzinsh, which reads, in particular:

I was very saddened by the news of collapse of a trade center in Riga, which led to death of dozens of people.
