On November 29, a meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan was held under the chairmanship of the Founder of Peace and National Unity - Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Head of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Honorable Emomali Rahmon.

At the beginning of the work of the meeting, the report of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan Fayziddin Kahhorzoda was heard regarding the implementation measures of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the State Budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024".

It was emphasized that the main purpose of drafting the decision of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan is to specify the process of implementation of the State Budget, effective and targeted use of budget funds, as well as to determine the obligations of ministries, state committees, agencies, heads of regions and cities and districts, enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of ownership related to the implementation of the provisions of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the State Budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024".

The President of the country, Honorable Emomali Rahmon, instructed the relevant state structures to ensure the timely implementation of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the State Budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024", the Decree of the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Adopting the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the State Budget of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2024" and indicators of the State Budget for 2025-2026.

Then, the Director of the Statistical Agency under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Jamshed Nurmahmadzoda gave a report on the "Programme of Statistical Works for 2024".

It was emphasized that periodicity, the list of forms of statistical reports, summary statistical collections and sectoral statistical collections and bulletins, the period of performance of works within one year and the methods of collection, processing and preparation of materials are statistically determined in the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Programme of Statistical Works for 2024".

During the meeting, drafts of a number of laws, including the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan" and the draft Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "On Amendments to the Procedural Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Tajikistan" were discussed and submitted for consideration to the Majlisi namoyandagon Majlisi of the Republic of Tajikistan for discussion.

Members of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan also discussed the issues regarding the National Programme "Green Country" of the Republic of Tajikistan for 2023-2027, the State Programme for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship in the Republic of Tajikistan for the period up to 2027, and electricity and heat tariffs.

After reviewing the issues on the agenda of the meeting of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, President Emomali Rahmon set specific tasks for the Government of the country, ministries and state agencies, executive bodies of state authority of regions, cities and districts to fulfill the instructions of the meeting and the previous tasks of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Other tasks were given to the officials of the branches and executive bodies of state authority to carry out the winter campaign of 2023-2024 at the necessary level, the effective completion of the autumn planting and the expansion of development works for the worthy celebration of the 35th anniversary of the state independence.
