Today, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon left for the Kingdom of Thailand and People’s Republic of China on an official visit.
During his trip head of Tajik state at first will pay an official visit to the Kingdom of Thailand and meet with the Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra.
The Tajik President Emomali Rahmon will also attend and speak in Thailand at the Second Water Forum for countries of Asia and Pacific on subject “Water-related security and threats of water-related natural disasters”.
During an official trip to the People’s Republic of China head of state Emomali Rahmon will meet with President of China Xi Jingping, chairman of standing committee of National People’s Congress Zhang Dejiang, First Deputy Prime Minister of the State Council Zhang Gaoli, chairman of board of directors of the China Development Bank Weibang, President of the Export-Import Bank of China Li Ruogu and governor of Henan Province Xie Fuzhan. The signing of 10 new cooperation documents is expected in China.
