Congratulatory messages on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of Independence of TajikistanThe congratulatory messages from heads of states and governments, leaders of international and regional organizations, chairmen of public organizations are arriving on the occasion of the 22nd anniversary of Independence of Tajikistan.

In congratulatory telegram of President of Afghanistan Hamid Karzai it is said in part:

“I am glad that the existing brotherly relations between the peoples of our countries are gaining momentum with the lapse of time.

Indeed, the destinies of our peoples are interconnected. In this regard, Afghanistan shares and completely understands concerns of its friendly Tajikistan over the joint border security with Afghanistan. No doubt, any threats against interests of one of our countries can have a negative impact on another. Afghanistan will be a close partner of brotherly Tajikistan in the process of elimination of the mentioned challenges. In addition, expansion of cooperation and implementation of joint economic projects is among our priorities”.

The presidents of Germany, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Austria, King of Thailand, president of Hungary, Emperor of Japan, Sultan of Malaysia, President of IDB and others have also extended their congratulations.
