UNESCO has published an album-book “Free flow” dedicated to the results of this year’s High-Level International Conference on Water Cooperation.
It should be reminded that the Conference was held on 20 and 21 August 2013 in Dushanbe with the participation of more than 1000 high-ranking representatives from 70 countries of the world and numerous regional and international organizations.
This book reflects the valuable results of the conference and the review of international urgent issues related to ensuring of access of population of the planet to pure drinking water. It is paid particular attention to special and remarkable role of Tajikistan and head of state Emomali Rahmon, recognized as a leading and initiator country in addressing water problems throughout the world.
