Congratulatory telegrams from heads of foreign countries on the occasion of the State Independence Anniversary of the Republic of Tajikistan

President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon has received congratulatory telegrams on the occasion of the 23rd anniversary of the state independence of Tajikistan from heads of foreign states and governments, leaders of international and regional organizations, chairmen of social organizations.

It is in particular said in the congratulatory telegram by the President of Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin:

“Dear Emomali Sharipovich,

Accept most sincere congratulations on the occasion of Independence Day of Tajikistan.

We highly appreciate the partner, allied relations existing between Russia and Tajikistan. We attach great importance to active participation of your country in multilateral cooperation within the Commonwealth of Independent States, CSTO and SCO.

The President of the People’s Republic of China Xi Jinping has said in his congratulatory telegram addressed to head of our state:
