Congratulatory letters have been sent on behalf of the President of the country Emomali Rahmon to the heads of states of Europe, Middle and Far East, Northern and Southern America, Africa, members of the Commonwealth of Independent States, as well as management of authoritative international and regional organizations, famous foreign personalities. These letters convey a sincere felicitation and best regards to the leadership and people of these countries. 

At the same time, President of Tajikistan has also in his turn received congratulatory letters from the heads of states and governments of the world, leaders of international and regional organizations. The reception of New Year congratulations addressed to the Head of State is being continued.
